In-Home Consultation

Our in-home interior design consultation can take up to two hours and allows both you and Comfort By Design Interiors the chance to determine if our services will be a good fit for you. During this time, we will measure, take photos, and document your current space(s) while we discuss your goals, objectives, and budget. This allows us to determine the complexity of the project and provide you with a quote for our services should you decide to move forward.

Many clients also choose to use the consultation time to simply pick our brains and get help making decisions that they are stuck on. This might include paint colors, tile or flooring choices, or other details on projects that you are doing yourself or are already in progress.

Our in-home interior design consultation is available in the Metro Phoenix area, but rates and terms can be negotiated throughout Arizona. Phone consultations are also available upon request and will require you to submit photos of your current space prior to our consultation.

If you decide to hire Comfort By Design Interiors in Mesa, AZ for your project, the consultation fee will be applied as a credit towards future charges/fees. Contact us to request a consultation!

Home Staging

A home staging consultation can take up to two hours. Our goal is to review your current home and contents and determine how to make your home as appealing as possible to potential buyers. During this meeting, we will give you professional recommendations on paint color, decluttering, depersonalizing, furniture placement, repairs, and other work that homeowners should make prior to listing their home for sale. We include an email follow-up list of all recommendations. The intent of a home staging consultation is to help you sell quickly and get top dollar for the sale of your home. This service is available within the Metro Phoenix area only.

Full-Service Interior Design

This service is for clients who would like to update a single room, multiple rooms, or their entire homes. This service is offered in the Metro Phoenix area only and includes the following: Create an updated look and feel for your space based on your input;

Source and purchase all furniture, décor, and accessories; Coordinate all deliveries, installations, and details so you simply walk in and enjoy your space when we are done!

If minor or major construction or remodelling is required, we can coordinate bids from qualified contractors, assist you in hiring trades needed, and oversee any or all construction processes so you don’t have to.
